This place is definitely not for ladies or family. The place is located in a dirty area with lots of shops, rubbish everywhere and far from the center. The hotel looked like an old hospital with narrow corridors and low ceilings; tile everywhere, no carpet. The room was not clean, we found a hair inside a pillow case, hair in a bathroom including midges and ants. Bed sheets were washed, but so old, they need to buy new ones, really. We tried to stay there for one night and the whole time Ive been imagining how many people must have used the pillows and bed sheets, which I normally don't think about in hotels. Also, there was not electrical kettle in the room and mugs were super old. Doors are so thin, you can hear your neighbors. I personally couldn't take a shower there or sleep on their pillow. The next day we left. The only positive thing is that they didn't give us any issues cancelling our booking. I am glad, we were able to find much a better place in a very nice location - "Dali house" and for the same price. If you are with a family or oversensitive to dirt, used or old stuff, I would not recommend this place.

There was a wedding party & the whole room was shaking. They moved us to the basement & there was a giant airco in front of the window which was running non stop. Better bring earplugs. The rooms were large & relatively cheap, however I don’t think I’d stay there again.

Literally a nightmare!! (Read the second part) I've spent 60 days there not a single day was a good experience, reception named AREEJ was very rude, having problems with everyone even the staff, first she lost my passport -she was playing with it to stalk my info- then denied it's her fault. We had a lot of arguments during my stay, Shout at me a lot of times, cursed at me, i try to do my work in the lobby and i have guests over she puts the worst music to the highest level because i asked to lower it down so we can work on the meeting, she said not your business i don't care and puts it higher like it's her own house, not professional at all. Problem is there are no one to talk to, no HR no front desk management so only a review by here. She wakes me up ringing my room everyday to ask for money although we agreed on long term payments, she claims i don't want to pay although i already paid 600usd, I come back to my room to find out she checked me out with no permission, excuse was only people who pay can stay. Wow :) Anyhow to mention other details the hotel is pretty old, i tried 4 rooms in two months almost the same to find no ac working, water leakage in toilet and windows from the rain as well, broken toilet flushes, shower is too dirty.. New covers/towels not clean - too worn out..etc etc.. Just a place to stay away from when you're in Amman :) This hotel sued me in the court for writing a negative review on booking revealing their bad behaviors with the reception AREEJ and the owner Nashat Taani they locked me out of my room with all my stuff inside my money, passports, clothes, phone, work electronics, car keys and everything i slept outside and police did nothing and court took more time to solve this.. This was worst experience ever in world wide hotels.. Never go there.

Location is good and central, you can find all you need near the hotel. I had to go to another hotel as I did not like this hotel, it is definitely overrated. The room had no towels and and when I asked for one, they gave me a very old worn out towel. No curtain for shower and no daily cleaning. The noise coming form the A/C would not allow me to sleep. I moved out to a hotel with the same daily rate by the 3rd circle with much better facilities, daily breakfast, and welcoming employees. Stayed in March 2019

Great for short stay, room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed. I found it very conveniently located close to restaurants, minishop and taking taxi was easy. Overall I found this hotel very attractive with what it has to offer.
